All of our products are designed for long term unattended operation. Our systems are typically implemented by process operators or instrument technicians and include a high level of self diagnostics. Our sensors have been designed for rapid field maintenance and repair. ITG also can provide training and start-up assistance, installation and applications development. On-line moisture gauge for the analysis of water in tobacco, food and paper converting industries. Complete system developed from concept phase through customer delivery in only 14 months. System uses Near Infrared Reflectance Analysis to make a real-time on-line non-contact measurement above a moving product. We currently have over 250 systems of this model fielded.

Laboratory or At-Line Moisture Analyzer. System designed to provide technicians and line-operators rapid analysis of grab samples.

High Speed Fiber Optic Moisture Gauge For on-line moisture determination

Multiple Constituent Analyzers For on-line and lab measurement non contact reflectance based determination of a variety of properties. These systems can be customized to a variety of applications based upon filter selection.

High Speed Discriminator On-line gauge for the determination of coatings on webs, paper and cardboard packaging materials. System designed for industrial supplier of paper and packaging equipment. Complete system developed from concept phase through customer delivery in only 6 months.
