	Real-time measurement of key parameters on-line during processing of many products can be performed using our systems. Some examples are listed below.
	Measurement of key parameters in agricultural products, such as the percent moisture in tobacco and the percent moisture and protein in wheat can be made using ITG photometers. Systems can be supplied for on-line or off-line measurements
	Measurement of properties such as the percent moisture or proper component blend ratios in bakery mixtures, or the moisture in or coatings on cereals can be made using ITG photometers.
	The moisture of pasta products is measured during the drying process. If the product is packaged with too much residual moisture, the shelf life will be severely degraded. Other processed foods such as mayonnaise can be analyzed on-line or off line for key parameters such as moisture and fat.
	ITG photometers can be used to measure key parameters for processed beverages. Measurements such as the percent alcohol in beer, sugar in juices or moisture in powdered beverages can all be made in real-time, allowing you to improve quality and reduce costs.
	The measurement of moisture and fat in baked products such as crackers and cookies can be made using ITG non-contact systems. Typically, the moisture gauge would measure the moisture as the products pass by on a conveyer belt after exiting the oven.
	We can't forget our four legged companions!! Animal feeds are prepared using manufacturing and quality methods similar to those use for people food. ITG sensors can be used to insure that the food is prepared with the required protein, fat and moisture.
	Coatings on paper, cardboard and films can all be measured using either our photometers, or our solid-state photometers.
